Bergamot (Essential Oil)

Bergamot (Essential Oil)

The bergamot orange tree is the result of cross-breeding of lemon tree and orange tree.

Bergamot essential oil is made from the hand-pressed or cold-pressed rind of a nearly ripe fruit of the bergamot tree (Citrus bergamia).

Its aroma is similar to that of orange but carry an underlying floral characteristic to it and somehow wonderfully more complex.
