Lemongrass (Essential Oil)

Lemongrass (Essential Oil)

Lemongrass essential oil is extracted by steam distillation of dried lemongrass.

Just as the name implies, Lemongrass (also calls Cymbopogon Citratus or Andropogon Citratus) has lemon-like aroma, but somehow milder, sweeter and far less sour. This herb is very popular and used in many beverages, desserts and cooking as flavoring agent.
